DESCRIPTION:Time: 9:30 AMTrailhead: Rock Spring Trailhead. \n“Health and Happiness” Fitness hike with docent Tracy Stuart. Super fun and enjoyable. Meet new friends and see the wonders of the North side of the Mountain. Hike ends at 12pm. Dog friendly. Hike leader will stay on designated dog-friendly trails. Guests MUST obtain a dog permit by emailing Eileen.Bai@parks.ca.gov. NO EXCEPTIONS. \nDistance: 2.6 milesElevation gain: 656 ft.Moderate. \nWhat to bring: Come prepared. Wear good hiking shoes/boots. Bring plenty of water\, lunch and snacks. Hiking poles are recommended on this mountain. \nParticipation: Hikes are limited to 20 people per leader. First come\, first serve. Be on time to allow for parking and meeting with your group. No entrance fee. No pets (unless otherwise specified). \nCancellation policy: Rain or winds above 30 mph will cancel. \nParking: Pantoll\, Bootjack\, and East Peak trailheads require an $8 parking fee (exact change or check).
